Easter Giveaway Winner and New News! :)

I apologize for the delay in announcing the winner of our Easter Giveaway.  Easter, finals, and my college graduation took over my life a little more than I thought they would. 🙂

Becky and I were pretty excited. Can you tell? 😉

Anywho, I’m excited to announce that Deanna Voorhees is the winner of our Easter Giveaway!  Congratulations, Deanna!  Thanks to everyone who participated in our Giveaway.  You all have some awesome family traditions! 🙂

In other news, Three Sassy Sisters will be at the Westfield Shopping Mall (previously the Fox Valley Mall) in Aurora, Illinois Friday, May 6 through Sunday, May 8.  We’ll be selling our cat products as well as another new product: Bling Strands!

Bling Strands are awesome!  You can wash, dry, curl, and straighten your hair with them in!  They come in beautiful colors and add so much fun to your hair!! 🙂

Finally, it’s Becky’s birthday!! Happy Birthday, Becky!!  We’re heading out to Taste of Himalayas in St. Charles in a few minutes to celebrate! Yay!

300th Sale Giveaway!

In honor of reaching our 3ooth sale, we’re showing our thanks to our customers by having a giveaway!!  Just comment on this blog and “like” our facebook page to enter into the random drawing.  Only one entry per person will be counted.  The winner will be able to choose anything in our shop valued at $8 or less.  That means any cat collar, booties, hair accessories, and  many different cat toys.  Woo Hoo!

Series: Fish Balls. Or Balls of Fish.

After a weekend of baking Thanksgiving cookies in Wisconsin with my good friend Jessica (wife, mother, photographer, and crafting enthusiast), I got inspired to do a little extra baking for some other special ladies in my life.  My kitties.  We’ve been talking about listing cat treats in our store and I finally had the motivation to start testing…

And so I started out with a couple cans of sardines and went from there.  A little wheat germ and a couple other secret ingredients and ta-da!

Alice, my little picky eater, opted out of the taste testing.  I suppose once I’ve found something she likes, I’ve found the magic recipe… 😉

Bella and I hung out in the kitchen for a couple hours and taste tested all kinds of goodness.  Something we won’t be trying again: frozen krill.  It was obviously time to call it a night when I asked her to try one more thing and I got this look….

No, I won't eat another Krill Kookie...

I divided them up and am hoping all the little kitties I’ll see this week will love the winning treats just as much as Bella did. 🙂
